•  Integrated field devices, sensors, electrical meters, third-party software into the SCADA system by setting up the communication between SCADA and devices to fulfill customer's requests, saving 2-3 manpower in each work shift and improving work efficiency by about 20% 
• Established the system by setting up the network and Windows environment, configuring MS SQL Server database, diagnosing the system log message, developing EXCEL VBA 、VBprogram to get necessary data from the database, and further generating product reports automatically, improving the work efficiency by around 20%
  
• Assisted customers to revise the system control function parameters by analyzing historical data, simulating the real system conditions in a Vmware virtual environment to come up with a customized model for increasing accuracy and system stability by 30% 
• Provided real-time technical support, such as troubleshooting by phone, remote operation, and event-type reports or presentations, making the system restored promptly and further maintaining long term relationships with customers 
• Completed the originally expected 4-week work within 2 weeks by breaking up each section into smaller manageable steps then prioritizing them, collaborating closely with subcontractors, and playing good teamwork, enabled the client to operate the generation system 2 weeks in advance.
