Providing company secretarial services and corporate advisory, ECP also advises companies on ASX initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, secondary capital raisings, and Exchange and Corporate Law compliance.
In his role at Evolution Capital Partners, Blair Sergeant has had the opportunity to work extensively with companies listed on the ASX, AIM and JSE. With experience in capital and balance sheet management, IPO processes, and mergers and acquisitions, Blair Sergeant is passionate about using his experience to help companies navigate these difficult challenges.
Blair Sergeant currently serves as Evolution Capital Partners's Founder and Managing Director. Evolution Capital Partners is a boutique corporate advisory specialising in providing company secretarial services to primarily, ASX listed entities. However, Evolution also provides advice in relation to ASX and AIM Initial Public Offering’s, Mergers & Acquisitions within the ASX and AIM markets and secondary capital raisings. Currently Evolution staff act as Company Secretary and/or Non-Executive Director to 12 ASX listed entities.
Blair Sergeant worked alongside Anthony Ho for eight years. Anthony Ho & Associates was previously a Partner with boutique Subiaco accounting firm Anthony Ho & Associates. The firm had a particular focus on providing specialist services to clients who seek to raise capital and list on the Australian Stock Exchange (“ASX”). Since 1991, the practice has coordinated and advised on capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions worth more than $250 million. The Practice also provided director and company secretarial services in Australia for companies listed on the stock exchanges of Amsterdam, Singapore, Toronto and London.
