The managing director of Syntagma Group in Boston, Massachusetts, Bradshaw Santoro has built the company’s temporary-staffing business from the ground up in areas that range from business development and internal hiring and training to account management and project delivery. Before he joined Syntagma in June 2018, he established and guided three other temporary-staffing businesses at the Fortune 100 level. Bradshaw Santoro served two years as a managing partner with the Boston executive search and advisory firm Project Resources and four years as the vice president of the Boston financial professional-staffing firm Robert Half International. 

From 2007 to 2011, Bradshaw Santoro directed permanent-placement and temporary-staffing divisions for one of the largest recruiting firms in the world, The Mergis Group. In addition to leading The Mergis Group’s financial services practice in Boston, he worked as the head of its New York City offices. Santoro’s accomplishments with the company earned him two consecutive Performance Forum Winner designations.
