Bruce A. Willey, Iowa-based attorney and certified public accountant, gained his initial professional experience in the financial sector. Bruce A. Willey served as a tax accountant for the firm McGladrey & Pullen in Iowa and for Arthur Andersen & Co. in Colorado during the mid to late 1980s. He then transitioned into a legal career. 

In 1996, Mr. Willey established his own law firm in Cedar Rapids. His work at the practice centers on complicated business and tax law matters including business succession and exit plans. Having focused solely on the law for a period, he now offers strategic tax services as a consultant and tax strategist for American Tax Law Planning, LLC. He maintains membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. 

Outside of his work in the financial and legal sectors, Mr. Willey enjoys volunteering in his community. He is a former Boy Scout leader and currently serves as a coach for local youth baseball and football programs.
