Bruce Robertson

Denver, Colorado Food Industry Leader

Bruce Robertson is a Parker, Colorado, resident with a history of executive leadership in the foodservice and foodservice equipment industry. A few of his early career positions include director of restaurants with Resorts International Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and director of food and beverage for the Philadelphia Marriott Hotel. Bruce Robertson later served as the executive vice president of sales and marketing for Hammonton, New Jersey’s Custom Mobile Food Equipment, elevating annual sales from $5 million to $14 million, and director of sales at Carts of Colorado in Denver, a position that also allowed him to enhance the company’s sales.

Since his time with the Denver food cart company, Bruce Robertson has spent time as the president and chief executive officer of Design Fabricators, LLC and Visionary Foodservice Equipment, two companies that design and build a variety of mobile food industry equipment.

He is a member of the International Association of Venue Managers. His past appointments include the National Association of College and University Foodservice Directors. In his free time, he enjoys staying active by playing tennis. He also gives back to the community by providing tennis lessons to local youths.
