Inspection system owner
　．Responsible for 21 production lines' inspection systems include 3 different manufacturers.
　．Diagnose downtime or quality issues through analysis of inspection results, HMI messages, system log/config files and parameter sets. 　
　．Provid assistance to first-line support engineers who are unable to fix optical, electro, system hardware/software and database problems.
　．Independent work of  camera module installation/ alignment, machine parts replacement, software upgrade, system calibration and defect qualification.
　．Build procedure documents for inspection issue troubleshooting, parts installation, system calibration and computer rebuild.

Project manager
　．Improve key performance indicators through DMAIC and Six-sigma approaches (Decrease cycle time 12.5% to save US$2,793K/year, decrease defect missing to save US$2,346K/year...etc.).
　．Solve customer complaints, provide the corrective/ preventive actions including FMEA process and system retrofit.
　．Import new process/ material/ sytem into Inspection area by co-work with global department members.
　．Align product spec and defect judge criteria with cross-factory Quality department members to gain in yield over 10% per year.

Big Data system developer
　．Develop defect type auto-classifier and defect image auto-judgement through Python programming, decrease 1~2 manpower per production line.
　．Develop SPC control board, performance monitor board and defect audit system through PowerBI or VBA, decrease 60% in-line operator loading.
