Experienced Baltimore Attorney

Catherine Brennan joined Hudson Cook, LLP’s Hanover, Maryland office in 2004, and she continues to support the needs of various financial institutions in her current role as partner. Serving state and national banks, investment banks, savings associations, and other organizations, she helps develop and manage nationwide consumer mortgage and automobile finance programs. This work particularly focuses on the fintech space, and Catherine Brennan also represents lenders and financial institutions in consumer credit due diligence matters.

She has earned multiple accolades and awards throughout her time at Hudson Cook, including recognition in Best Lawyers in America’s Financial Services Regulation Law 2021 listing. Among other professional affiliations, she belongs to the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section and holds fellowship with its Consumer Financial Services Committee.

Catherine Brennan studied English and psychology at Fordham University in New York City and graduated with a bachelor of arts in 1992. She continued her education at the University at Buffalo School of Law, where she completed her juris doctor in 1995.
