I oversaw the company’s marketing team, social media promotion, and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness. My responsibilities included developing an overall marketing plan, approving campaigns, creation, monitoring, and reporting of KPIs, hiring, onboarding and training of the marketing team.
