I am a seasoned business and marketing  leader with  9+ years of experience developing teams to reach their highest potential in the tech industry.

I have a strong entrepreneurial drive. I founded one of the fastest growing startups in Latin America in 2012 and participated in StartUp Chile, a highly competitive startup program. Resilience, hard work, and the will to keep learning has helped me succeed consistently throughout my career.

Work Experience

Head of Marketing  •  Property Simple Inc.

January 2019 - November 2021

I oversaw the company’s marketing team, social media promotion, and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness. My responsibilities included developing an overall marketing plan, approving campaigns, creation, monitoring, and reporting of KPIs, hiring, onboarding and training of the marketing team.

*Led both in person and remote marketing teams. Including hiring and training.
*Implemented social media, branding, and lead generation strategies.
*Created training and review programs for the marketing team.
*Created cross channel campaigns for product launches.
* Growth the team from 3 to 8 marketers.
*Generated 25% of the inbound leads.
*Generated more than 200 sign ups every month.
*Led the development of one of the main features of the product, creating a new revenue line for the company.
*Planned, reviewed and worked together with PR firms for the development of the CEO’s personal brand.

Head of People & Culture  •  Property Simple Inc.

March 2016 - January 2019

I led the development of strategies, systems, and processes that enabled the company to scale its team and values via our People & Culture department. I drove the culture, core purpose and values of PropertySimple while also collaborating on the creation of new HR policies ensuring best practices for employee relationships, training, onboarding, and retention.

*Helped the company to win an award as a top 1% place to work in the Tech Industry (TinyPulse “awards”).
*Oversaw all the company operations and supported a remote team of 30 people.
*Created and implemented the Culture & People plan and strategies from scratch.
*Implemented and managed an engagement quality software program for the entire company.
*Created the company’s handbook and onboarding plan.
*Interviewed and filtered potential new hires.
*Created and implemented monthly reviews and interviews with the entire company.
*Created and implemented the most popular initiative to promote more connections between employees called “The Breakfast Club”.

As a university professor, I created and taught the curriculum for Entrepreneurship & Leadership classes for Communication, Advertising, and Journalism Bachelors.

Founder & CEO  •  Club Tacones

January 2012 - January 2016

As a founder and CEO, I lead a team of five people to create and develop an original product and suite of online magazines with over a hundred regularly contributing bloggers. I was responsible for managing the company’s operations and partnerships and leading the development of all the marketing and design strategies.

*Secured seed capital funds via StartUpChile.
*Worked with the development team to create the company's website and e-commerce shop.
*Launched 4 online magazines.
*Managed and partnered with more than 100 bloggers from different countries.
