- Formulated 1st immersion-cooled modular battery system in Asia from system architecture perspective(performance/cost/DFMEA) to POC, tooling, certification (UN38.3/ECE R100) and launched to market.
- Dominated thermal technology research in 2-phase application and administered a US$600K IGBT immersion-cooled project with global OEM customer.
- Directed a team of 10+ engineers, coordinated and arranged resources for the department, improved engineering processes and removed bottlenecks.
- Oversaw the battery thermal system design for 1MW supercar to surmount high-performance vehicle challenges.
- Organized the thermal/mechanical design and accomplished battery system as the company’s core product.
- Supervised the validation of battery system performance to evaluate DCIR, SOC, SOH, life cycle, and BMS protection mechanism.
