Chadwick Davis

Leading West Point Athletics Programs

An experienced leader with more than 25 years of service in the United States Army, Chadwick Davis is a Senior Associate Athletics Director for Army West Point Athletics (AWPA). He oversees more than 85 personnel and is responsible for revenue generation, including the oversight of capital projects, to ensure positive Division I experiences for over 1,100 cadet-athletes. Chadwick Davis is also tasked with the maintenance and modernization of 19 athletics facilities. Moreover, he works to promote diversity and inclusion in college athletics through his involvement with organizations such as the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics' Minority Opportunities Athletic Association and its Rising Stars Committee.

Prior to his current post, Mr. Davis served as major gifts officer for the West Point Association of Graduates. Before that, he held various positions, including director of football operations, with the AWPAA. He spent two years in this role and managed all aspects of operations and logistics for the Military Academy's Division I football program.

Chadwick Davis has also served the Army in compliance and recruiting capacities. He served as brigade signal officer and director of information management for the 212th Field Artillery Brigade and began his military career as a Graduate Assistant Coach at Fort Monmouth in New Jersey.

Mr. Davis graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1994 and was co-captain of the Army football team. He has earned multiple military decorations, including the Legion of Merit and the Joint Service Commendation Medal.
