Charles Maurice Stam is an associate attorney with Lightfoot, Franklin & White, LLC, in Houston, Texas. He previously spent time as a judicial law clerk working with the Honorable M. Debra Brown of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi in Greenville.
