Sr.Product Manager, SurveyCake

SurveyCake is the biggest online survey builder(SaaS) in Taiwan, which has more than 750k users and 1 billion collected answers, with the mission to empower individual and business to collect data and turn it into actions.

Defined the SurveyCake’s vision, strategies, goals and roadmap with founders and other team lead. Main topics includes like 2B or 2C, general or customized, product-led or sales-led, etc.
In charge of the product team’s OKR and led and work closely with the product team includes product manager, product designer, quality assurance and interns.
Established a better workflow and guideline between product team and other teams like development, design, marketing, customer success, sales and teams from other BU.
Broke down the north star metric(ARR) into a formula with smaller metrics which can be tracked by weekly or monthly. And successfully increased the MRR by 25% from the insights got from the formula.
Collaborated with a team of 5-8, including product manager, product designer, frontend, backend and infrastructure engineers to deliver features that matters with an agile way.
