Three Machine Learning Techniques for Classification: Default Payments of Credit Card Clients in Taiwan in 2005

Fraud Detection with Machine Learning

Default prediction is an important topic for banks. In this paper, we applied three classification models–Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes, and Support Vector Classifier, to predict whether a credit card client would default or not. The result suggests that Naïve Bayes is the best model.
