A.Growth Hacking for a VR startup - iStaging

Major achievements:

1.To lower down the barrier of adopting VR solutions for real estate agents, I leveraged  3rd party outsourcing companies to provide shooting services with ease-of-use and low cost.

2.Achieved user acquisition 290% YoY growth by optimizing the landing page, payment flow, and whole E2E UX.

3.Improved profit margins from 8% to 65% by repositioning products, adopting the 3rd party solution, and improving the development process.

B.Start up an industry 4.0 pet food company

Background:

Each single pet is unique and has different body condition.  nu4PET analyzes each pet’s needs and provides most fit nutrition thru monthly subscription online service

Major achievements:

1.Build up the whole solution: Develop the new concept E2E including ecommerce cloud service, manufacturing and packing system integration

2.Reach product-market fit in the first year: Try and fine-tune based on the feedbacks and understanding of the consumer’s insights

3.Selected by one of biggest retail channels (HOLA) in Taiwan.  Become the first pet-food provider in HOLA by end of the 2nd year

4.Break-even at the beginning of the 3rd year:  Expand the product line from dogs to cats.  Deliver more products including can-food and nutrient additives

C.Renew webs, mobile webs and apps for Yungching real-estate Inc.

Background:

To increase both user experience and ecommerce transfer rate of 2 major portals (yungching.com.tw and housefun.com.tw)

Major achievements:

1.Increase acquisition rate up to 17% for yungching.com.tw, 80% for housefun.com.tw by optimizing UX

帶領團隊發展食尚玩家 APP ,透過分析用戶於食尚玩家網站行為,了解在地餐廳與優惠資訊為最受歡迎的主題項目,故規劃以:省錢吃、輕鬆玩、超好買、搶住宿…等四大主題,依時間排序的直覺介面推出優惠卡服務,服務自2020年6月1日推出以來,已累積50萬人次下載,並榮獲 2020 年 google play 「年度最受歡迎」與「最具娛樂性」雙料冠軍兩項殊榮。

三月 2019 - 三月 2020

1.談下北中南跑腿類型新創公司, 為公司提供低單價實體 VR 代拍服務,以解決房產經紀人不會用、沒時間拍攝VR物件的痛點。
2.透過Landing Page 重新設計、付費流程優化…等等,提升公司網站 SAAS服務新招募用戶率至 290%。
3.帶領團隊研發改進建商多媒體產品,透過導入第三方服務:酷家樂並自行開發hype js 套件,提升工作流程與方法,將產品毛利由 8% 提升至65%。

1.背景說明:
針對每個毛孩獨特的生理狀態(年齡、品種、體重、活動量…)客製化專屬的營養飼料(脂肪、蛋白質、份量、熱量…),採用每個月付費訂閱制度配送到府。
2.成就:
a.建立完整的解決方案:帶領團隊從創意發想、產品包裝設計、電子商務網站開發,到整合生產與包裝設備皆親手參與。
b.2017 年初便透過群眾募資的方式推出客製化貓糧,並於 2018 年 10 月推出罐頭/機能粉...等等
c.成功談下特力和樂線下銷售通路,成為 HOLA 第一家寵物食品供應商。
d.於創業第三年初即達成現金流損益平衡。

七月 2013 - 十月 2016

1.成就:
a.永慶房仲網:透過數據分析,隱藏收納用戶使用率較低的功能,將複雜的房屋搜尋介面簡化,並從系統面提升整體服務效能,結合集團與政府公開資料,開發賣屋與行情創新服務。將永慶房仲網電子商務轉換率提升了 17%。
b.好房網:將旗下買屋、租屋、新聞...服務介面整合規劃,新增了相互推薦的管道,提 升用戶流量對公司的價值,同時也透過數據分析,重新設計整體買屋介面,開發了買 屋獨特的安心標章服務,將好房網買屋網站電子商務轉換率提升了超過 80%。
c.永慶房仲網快售服務:以one page design整合數據視覺化呈現之設計,針對有賣屋需求的屋主所提供的服務,只要輸入房屋地址,系統立即試算出最符合該地址之成交行情、熱搜指數、目前待售物件及該區成交狀況,協助屋主快速掌握物件資訊。上線以來,賣屋訪客較去年同期增加近3倍,約85%來自六都、48%來自雙北,雙北委賣需求更是較去年同期成長了五成,更獲得「最佳使用者介面項-金手指獎」金獎肯定。
