  • $43MM acquisition of Alloy Custom Products, Inc. (cryogenic semi-trailer manufacturer)
    • Prepared valuation using public company comparables, precedent transactions, and DCF; created model showing potential IRR in 10%-14% range
    • Worked directly with CFO to create 5-year financial projections for use in board presentations directly related to acquisition approval
  • $44MM acquisition of Big River Industries, Inc. (lightweight aggregates mining)
    • Managed data room and coordinated due diligence across all departments
    • Worked with senior management to make adjustments to normalize EBITDA; created valuation using trading multiples and DCF showing value in $40MM - $50MM range
    • Accompanied the President and CFO during plant site visits and management discussions with seller
  • $600MM acquisition of Meyer Steel Structures (utility steel structures manufacturer)
    • Assisted with due diligence, market analysis and researching and selecting company comparables based on financial criteria such as revenue growth and EBITDA margins
