When Chris Venissat isn't busy working for the city of Sandy Springs, he enjoys going to the gym, hiking, playing video games, or hitting the golf course, both traditional and disc golf. He attends church at Stonebridge in Marietta and volunteers at Mostly Mutts. Chris is hardworking and committed to his duties, whether it was serving as an officer in the US Navy or earning his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Military Institute.

January 2012 - Present

US Navy Lieutenant Chris Venissat has been a member of the Armed Forces since 2012, after graduating from Virginia Military Institute in 2012. He's currently the Stormwater Construction Manager at the City of Sandy Springs, where he's worked since 2015. Chris is incredibly well-qualified for his position, combining the education he received to qualify for the Professional Engineer-in-Training Certificate and his experience as a Seabee to improve the performance of the Stormwater Project. He volunteers with a local animal shelter.
