Christopher Blaul

A native of the Roaring Fork Valley region of Colorado, Christopher Blaul entered the real estate construction industry during high school, painting and performing other work on custom homebuilding projects throughout the greater Aspen area. He subsequently studied drafting at the Denver Institute of Technology (now operating as Westwood College-Denver North). Upon graduation, Christopher Blaul settled in California and ultimately began painting houses in Santa Barbara. By 1991, Chris was a licensed contractor.

Christopher Blaul has owned and operated Santa Barbara’s CB Paint & Decor for the past three decades, offering quality painting and decorative finishes to meet exact client specifications. CBPD is commonly called upon to create unique and unusual finishes, matching finishes and extensive color consultations to help clients see their vision. Skilled and experienced in all aspects of construction, CBPD works closely with many state & local contractors to collaborate on some of the most exclusive homes & establishments. Licensed, Bonded and insured for up to a million dollars, this company operates regularly in the Santa Barbara and surrounding Tri-Counties region and completes specialty projects in Los Angeles, Malibu, Palm Springs & periodically projects in his home town of Aspen. Under Mr. Blaul’s leadership, CB holds a perfect A-plus rating through the Better Business Bureau.
