- Drove the conceptualization, development, and launch of the AR try-on feature in SPIN, a web3 retail marketplace. Collaborated closely with 3D designers to digitize garments into Phygital NFTs at Digital Fashion Week NYC, London, and Paris in 2023.

- Guided the successful execution of a meta-retail exhibition at Galeries Lafayette Champs-Elysées, leveraging AR and VR technologies within SPIN to digitize archival garments, attracting 230,000 visitors in three weeks. 

- Led the delivery of the standalone SPIN VR app on Meta Quest for the Circular Fashion Summit 2021. Coordinated efforts among the commercial team, development team and summit partners, resulting in 500+ guests and over 5.5M media impressions.

- Contributed to the testing and successful launch of the pioneering blockchain-based IoT rental service powered by SPIN, in collaboration with an H&M store located in Berlin.
