Account Manager, Technical Manager  •  Coretech System Ltd.

  • Visit customers on-site/online and collect feedback from the customers, translating the bugs and requests to the R&D department for future software development, delivering more than 20 requests each year, 60% of them are solved in one year.
  • Meet with R&D to clarify if the product proposal is in the same direction as the customer’s demands, proposing optimization in UI to enhance the user experience of Moldex3D.
  • Attend more than 10 Seminars/Webinars for injection molding or plastic as a speaker each year, producing more than 15 powerpoints for technical or sales topics each year.
