• Took charge of 9 high-end permanent recruitment cases, including 2 secretary cases, 2 engineering cases, 3 supply chain cases, 1 industrial design case(American candidates), and 1 management consulting case. The Industries of these cases include FMCG, technology, chemicals, logistics, and management consulting.
• Achieved up to 70% hit rate of candidates sourcing, especially 2 candidates I recommended to consultants had finally got the offers from the clients.

• Built a 0 to 1 start-up business idea with a team of 9 members, developed an investment app & working-holiday website prototypes, introduced our start-up proposals to Epoch Foundation on Demo Day & Elevator Pitch, and ended up winning "2nd prize" with the team on Elevator Pitch.  
• Talent Acquisition: responsible for team members recruiting & team-building, coordinating disputes with team members with teamwork spirit.
