  1. Accumulate and consolidate design win projects, ongoing projects and NPI projects with JIRA to PowerBI. 
    • Designed and implemented interactive dashboards, optimizing manual data analysis process for program managers and engineers. 
    • Creating visualized dashboard, release and track the issue trend by failure category to understand if the solution implemented is effective or not.
  2. Managed and tracked project milestones for multiple projects simultaneously, resulting in reports and reducing manual processes by 50% through the utilization of project management software.
