Living and working in Sarasota, Cliff Longshore owns and operates many Florida restaurants, including multiple Beef O' Brady franchise locations and a Mexican eatery called Taco Yolo. Located in the Tampa suburb of Lithia, Taco Yolo benefits from the management expertise of four restaurateurs with a total of 120 years of combined experience among them. Cliff Longshore’s outstanding work with Beef O' Brady’s earned him the 2013 Development Partner of the Year designation.

Before going into business for himself, Cliff Longshore severed tenures as an Area Operations Manager for WOW Cafe & Wingery and a General Manager for both Dea Night Club/Club Envy and Flip Flops Bar & Grill. Over the years, he has garnered specific operational expertise in making restaurants profitable in a relatively short period of time after opening.

When he isn’t working, Mr. Longshore enjoys boating and riding four-wheel ATVs. He also belongs to a men's recreational softball league. His charitable efforts include raising money for an injured Crestview boy and presenting a bedside check to him and his family. As well as raising money for both Breast Cancer and Juvenile Diabetes at his other locations. The company likes to focus on local, community events supporting those that support them!
