Executive Director
Col. Reese Turner has leveraged his leadership skills to serve the United States Army in various positions over the course of his career. He received his bachelor of science in management and civil engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, graduating as a commissioned officer. After 10 years of service, Col. Reese Turner began to pursue a master of arts in organizational management, which he completed after two years.
Col. Reese Turner also pursued an intermediate-level education in the leadership and application of joint and combined arms at the Command and General Staff College. Shortly thereafter, he became a deputy commander at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He later became a battalion commander at Fort Bragg, where he crafted a sub-unit combat training plan that resulted in zero casualties in support of Special Operations Forces in Afghanistan over a two-year period. Subsequently, he served as army team lead for Operation Security Cooperation.
Col. Reese Turner went on to refine his talent for personnel development as executive director in the U.S. Army's Human Resources Command. He currently serves in this position and as primary strategic advisor to the director of enlisted assignments in the Operations Support Division.
