I'm Lidia, graduated from Chung Shan Medical University, majored in Psychology. To choose three adjectives to introduce myself, they would be  sincere, industrious, and highly-sensitive. I was graduated from  Chung Shan Medical University, majored in Psychology. Now, I'm a   HR in the function of C&B with 2-year-experience, taking responsibility  for a business group and three subsidiaries.  

Because of the deficiency of Human Resource Management related knowledge and labor law education furthermore I believe to keep on acquiring new knowledge  is the only way to become a successful HR, before entered into this career,   I’ve taken in  relevant programs  and kept on pursuing for advance.  My motivation for application is to broaden my horizon in HR field, and to intensively and systematically delve into HR relevant professions.
