Product planning
•Analyze market trend and competitive products to develop strategies and directions for new products
•Create product roadmap and key milestone, drill down into product specification documents
•Work with UX/UI designer to create the best user experience
•Collect and analyze customer feedback and demand in order to keep improve the products

Project management
•Ensure customer needs for product features are captured and documented
•Maintain stable relationship with stakeholders and customers
•Lead internal cross-function team members toward the same direction and achieve goals on time
•Root cause analysis and make logical decision/prioritization under any situation
•Establish new process or optimize existing process in order to speed up time-to-market or reduce effort without compromising quality

3. 考慮用戶需求及業務目標，撰寫產品需求文件。

5. 與開發/測試團隊順暢溝通，清楚掌握產品開發進度與產品品質。
6. 基於數據及用戶回饋，持續優化產品。

專案管理
1. 擬定專案計畫，暸解資源需求並處理各項議題
2. 掌握專案重要的時間節點，調整專案計畫內容，以滿足企業需求
3. 有效管理預算及時程
4. 與所有利害關係人建立穩固的工作關係
5. 確保十分瞭解專案，且在任何情況下仍區分事務的輕重緩急

• 5+ year experience of managing software productions or projects (APP/WEB/SYSTEM)

• Familiar with Agile Scrum framework

• Familiar with popular issue tracking and planning systems such as Jira, Azure DevOps …

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

• Be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time

• Having gaming industry experience is a bonus

• Having CRM-related product experience is a bonus

• Having UI/UX design background is a bonus
