電話客戶服務中心專員 Call Center Specialist (一年約聘)

Job Description

1. Attendance and punctuality 
依班表排定時間準時到班值機 

2. Achieve CAC IB/OB call KPI (Pick up rate/SL/call duration…and etc.) 
依公司規定達成各項電話接聽及外撥目標 (接聽率/Service Level/通話時間..等) 

3. Provide correct and best solutions for general queries and transfer/escalate complaint cases based on standard processes 
依照標準作業流程提供顧客正確及最佳解決方案,並依需要與其它部門溝通並向主管呈報客戶問題. 

4. Flexibility for shift arrangement (including late night shift) to assure non-stop service provided for 24hrs/365days 
配合公司需求排班(含大夜班)以提供顧客全年無休的電話服務 

5. On time deliver the assignment per management request. 
準時完成主管交辦之各項與顧客服務相關之任務 

Working Period: One year (Jan 2019 - Jan 2020) 
合約期間: 一年 (2019年 1月至2020年1月)

Requirements

- Knowledge of customer service and call center operation - Customer orientation, teamwork, patient and emphatic - Good oral and written communication skill - Strong team player - Enthusiasm, empathy/listening and customer service skill

Salary

30K ~ 45K TWD / month
