We are currently hiring for Android Solution Architect professional to join us:

A Staff Engineer will help set the technical vision for the platform and drive the continuous improvement of both the platform and the team. You enjoy being full-time hands-on with code as well as collaborating with your engineering, product, and design colleagues. Your designs and solutions are clean and you can communicate them clearly to both your team and to product and engineering leaders. You are driven to ship value to our members frequently. You enjoy being part of a high-performing team.

Job Descriptions/Job Scope :

• Research and implementation of key technical directions, research, and overcoming of technical problems.
• Design an expandable and flexible architecture to meet the rapid pace of the startup team.
• Participate in setting the technical vision for the Android team
• Ensure our mobile platform allows for multiple vertical teams to easily delivery value
• Grow Android team skills and capabilities
• Communicate and collaborate with product and design

The following experiences are favored for this position:

1. Recent, demonstrable experience shipping mobile apps frequently, safely, sustainably, according to the principles of Continuous Delivery
2. 10+ years of Software development experience
3. 6+ years experience building native mobile apps for Android
4. Familiar with Android performance optimization
5. Have experience of modularization
6. Conversant in mobile architecture and patterns
7. Write robust, extensible, reliable, high cohesion and low coupling codes
8. Willingness to learn new business domains
9. Willingness to collaborate with others to get stuff done
10. Willingness to grow your leadership skills

Good to have:

1. Experience with building frameworks
2. Experience with complicated refactoring
3. Technical footprint such as patents
4. Familiar with CI/CD
5. Familiar with UI/Unit testing
6. Streaming domain knowledge
