We are looking for a user researcher with quantitative research experience who will conduct the quantitative research with the questionnaire or database, and present the result in an easy-to-understand way to stakeholders.

We are the user research department of the product organization, and our mission is to understand the needs and motivations of live-streaming users. You will help us improve the usability of our mobile App, and assess new product features and functions.

職責:

• 發展一套量化用戶研究流程包含研究設計、研究執行、報告產出
• 用簡單易懂的方式，讓跨部門的Stakeholders理解研究結果
• 協助公司內部的產品研究需求，並在需要時與外部機構合作

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a research system for designing the research, conducting the research, and presenting the result.
2. Present the result in an easily-to-understand way to stakeholders.
3. Position will support internal product research requests and cooperate with third-party vendors if necessary.

The following experiences are favored for this position:

需求:

• 偏好社會科學、統計學或相關領域的學士學位
• 至少在機構或研究供應商有 1-3 年量化研究經驗
• 熟悉基礎統計學、問卷設計、用戶研究
• 熟悉產品開發流程且具有跨團隊溝通經驗
• 中文流利，精通工作用英文
• 使用過Google Analytics, SuperSet, Kibana等資料視覺化工具

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, statistics, or related field preferred
2. At least one to three years experience in quantitative research at an agency or research vendor
3. Familiarity with user experience, questionnaire design, and basic statistics.
4. Fluent in Mandarin, and proficient in English
5. Knowledge of data visualization tools(Google Analytics, Superset, Kibana, etc.)

Good to have:
