We are currently hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist professionals that will take part in:

1. Assist engineering team recruitment project
2. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
3. Manage and maintain internal and external recruitment channels/platforms and update recruitment status reports.
4. Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

The following experiences are favored for this position:

1. At least 1 year of recruiting experience, including creating and posting job descriptions, facilitating interview processes.
2. Have experience in software industry.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to understand/communicate complex technical requirements
4. Good communication skills
5. Result-Oriented

Good to Have:

1. With head-hunting experience before.
2. Good in English communication.
