breed of community platform dedicated to enable creators around the globe.

Our vision is to be the most creator-centric company in the galaxy, to build a place
where people can come to find and discover some less ordinary ideas and make
those ideas happen together.

At 1TM, we strive to bring people together around ideas and shared purposes. 1TM
exists to empower creative minds by connecting them with like-minded people with
different skills and backgrounds. It is a platform and a tool for creators where they
make ideas happen alongside the collaborative community built around ideas.

We are currently a startup operating in stealth mode.

Now at 1TM, we are building a new breed of a community platform for creators and enthusiasts, where they can get a team to create and launch together. Hence the name, 1 Team!

Our goal is to shift the focus from vertical focuses to cross-vertical enablement, from crowdfunding to collaborative making, and from mass production to mass personalization.

Lunch

We offer free lunch every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 

Snacks

• We order snacks every Monday. 
• We have water, soda, beer, and other fizzy drinks on a regular basis.

1TM Culture Committee

Culture committee is a voluntarily organized committee of 1TMers that discuss, plan, and proactively drive all matters pertaining to company culture. It is not an ad hoc project team or a top-down effort to drive work ethics; it is a group of dedicated employees who act as true culture change agents, and regularly advise leadership on culture issues. 

Paid Annual Leave

• Five days for service of more than six months but less than one year
• Ten days for service of more than one year but less than two years
• 14 days for service of more than two years
• One additional day for each year of service over ten years (up to a maximum of 30 days)

Bi-annual Helathchecks

The company will provide health checkups every other years.

Company Device or BYOD

Our company has a BYOD (bring-your-own-device) policy. You will be provided with a monthly BYOD stipend for using your own device for work.

Social Code

We expect you to foster a well-organized, respectful and collaborative environment. You should avoid offending, participating in heated altercations and disrupting our workplace. We will not tolerate anyone intimidating, pestering, humiliating, victimizing or sabotaging others at this company. We also prohibit willful discrimination based on age, sexual orientation, gender, ethnicity, race, religion or disability. This is by no means an exhaustive list but it gives an indication, use your common sense.

Workplace

We have a semi-flex workspace. Some people like to sit at the same desk 80% of the time and switch after a few months when joining another team or because they want a different view. Most teams are clustered together, simply because it's handy when working together. So do whatever helps you focus, collaborate or brainstorm.
