What you’ll do:

-       Lead technology for the company 

-       Implement new ideas from prototype to production

-       Mentor and recruit a team of best-in-class software engineers

-       Design and implement new tech infrastructure for a fast-growing, disruptive e-commerce company

-       Build and improve software systems 

-       Learn and implement anything necessary to deliver exceptional technology

-       Maintain high standards of code quality

 

Requirements:
- Previous working experience as a MEAN Stack or MEVN Stack Developer for 3+ years
- In depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS or Restify
- Experience implementing applications using Angular, or vue.js
- Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS/SASS
- Hands on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side
- BSc degree in Computer Science or similar relevant field
- Knowledgeable of computer science fundamentals
- An expert in data modeling in one or more modern relational databases
- Experienced in Agile methodologies
- An admirer of beautiful code

- Consumer Web Development Experience for High-Traffic
- Public Facing web applications
- Experience with cloud technologies also a plus
- Creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, Javascript, JQuery
- Continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson) and version control (SVN, Git).
- At least 5 years professional programming experience
- Mastery of PHP, or Python
- Armed with great taste and design sensibility, even for internal applications
- Experience in web agencies or ad agencies
- Web service design and implementation (e.g. REST, JSON-RPC, SOAP/WSDL)
