As a Product Data Analyst at 9GAG, you will work with different teams to build products. We are looking for an extremely entrepreneurial Product Data Analyst, with a deep understanding of transforming abstract data concepts and a massive amount of data into insights and recommendations, to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. This position is full-time and remotely based on Hong Kong time zone.

Responsibilities

• Understand 9GAG’s strategic and competitive position to make data-informed decisions by leveraging descriptive and predictive analytics.
• Gather and evaluate ideas for new or to enhance product features with the insights collected from data analysis and market research.
• Define the right data metrics and proper data tracking to reflect product performance and success.
• Lead the data strategy of product engineering and make well-informed design decisions.
• Prepare reports and dashboards with key findings, observations, business insights and recommendations.
• Carry out A/B tests, analyse results and insights to progressively develop and improve the product.
• Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.

• Good team player with a good sense of product and technology trends.
• 3+ years experience in product or big data analysis roles, fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Strong Data-informed decision-making mindset
• Experience in behavioral data analysis and market research
• Excellent writing & presentation skills
• Experience in the digital media industry would be advantageous.
