We design and develop electronic and electro-mechanical or systems-orientated products, conduct feasibility studies on engineering proposals and prepare installation, operation and maintenance specifications and instructions.   • Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project
  • Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis
  • Conducts periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews
  • Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis
  • Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications
  • Defines supporting and/or driving process improvements

Principal Responsibilities

  • Typically responsible for leading a defined project activity or module of a small project
  • Impact is within a specific component of a project or a subset/work stream of a project
  • Defines, allocates and monitors appropriate tasks within area of responsibility
  • Provides direction and guidance to project team, while making recommendations to senior management as necessary
  • Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions
  • Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on business matters
  • Assumes responsibility to improve service, efficiency and quality of work Identifies priorities and resources relative to each initiative, project or program
  • Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting project/program(s)
  • Works with Lead Electrical Engineer to ensure circuit designs are included in cross- functional/platform design reviews prior to Gerber-out
  • Assists in developing, reviewing and executing the test plans for design
  • Assists in driving assigned issues to closure through root cause analysis, and performs real-time updates to issues database
  • Understands suppliers’ product roadmaps
  • Assists other design engineers on team as necessary
  • Designs basic electrical components and ensures they meet all standards and specifications


  • Proficient in reading and understanding specifications, data sheets and other technical documents
  • Ability to write and analyze requirements, functional specifications, design
  • specifications, tech plans and documentation
  • Proficiency with electrical simulation tools; understanding of the different tools available for simulation
  • Knowledge of analog and digital circuit theory and principles
  • Understanding of appropriate technologies, vendor products and competitor's offerings


  • Fresh graduate with bachelor/master degree in EE or Engineering related fields
