Job Description

Key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing, editing, optimizing and publishing content for our website based on our editorial strategy and meets our quality criteria. You will actively partner with the stakeholders across the organization, advising them on how best to bring their content to life, and then helping them to polish and publish their content in a way that enhances our brand, serves users and drives site engagement.

Skills and attributes for success:

* Advise senior stakeholders on the best way to shape their ideas into compelling packages that have a distinct point of view and advance the dialogue.
* Advocate for digital best practices and how to use different design elements to create effective, engaging user experiences.
* Write display copy that’s engaging, brand-compliant and search engine-optimized.
* Work independently to complete multiple tasks within in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

1. Excellent bilingual (ENG & CHI) written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of how messages may be received globally.
2. Strong understanding of digital publishing and best practices.
3. Experience working within a content management system to create outstanding digital experiences.
4. Strong influencing skills.
5. Strong project and time management ability.
6. Able to work effectively with co-located, global teams
7. Experience in either journalism or a corporate marketing environment.
