｜ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ｜

• Develop and drive the Offline Marketing strategy
• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize day-to-day offline campaigns
• Run meticulous experiments to continuously improve the ROI of offline marketing spending across all campaigns
• Leverage campaign performance data to analyze and identify new ways to maximize offline revenue and drive actionable outputs
• Own offline acquisition channel planning, budgeting and execution to deliver growth target
• Develop, optimize and re-iterate top of funnel growth strategies to boost new user acquisition

｜ WE ARE LOOKING FOR ｜

必備條件：

• 3+ years experience in marketing, merchandising, channel management or related roles
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or related field
• Experience in offline/online campaign management and optimization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key metrics, assess campaign performance, and derive insights from data
• Demonstrated track record of owning, running, and scaling marketing experiments
• Experience piloting new campaigns and scaling a successful pilot
• Familiarity with marketing technology and data/performance measurement trends
• Proven process for generating new marketing ideas and quickly taking them to market.
• Able to communicate and co-work effectively with stakeholders
• Desire to work with intelligent individuals in a fast-paced startup environment

加分條件：

• Experience planning and executing omni-channel/OMO campaigns
• Deep knowledge of offline media or digital marketing
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Good understanding and working knowledge of MS Excel, Google analytics, Tableau, Mixpanel and other analytical tools preferred
