  • Ability to deliver results against key operational goals, with ability to diagnose issues and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Proven leadership and management skills. Strong business acumen, decision making, and analytical skills.
  • Strong collaborator with both internal and external cross-functional teams, clear commitment to driving overall success for the organization.

The Sr Materials Manager has a strong leadership track record and broad level of material management experience managing in an outsourced supply chain. This leader will be responsible for leading both the material operations - material planning, execution, and fulfillment while also being responsible for driving ongoing improvements and transformation in material management - processes, tools, and automation. This role will directly lead a team of material managers responsible for driving material operations, predictability, and efficiency across all of our manufacturing partners. This leader will partner closely with global peers to ensure alignment of material strategy and drive process transformation that is critical to scale and grow our supply chain infrastructure.

  • Lead all aspects of regional Materials Management including clear to build, supply continuity, risk mitigation, and inventory management.
  • Ownership of driving materials operational excellence and execution to cost, quality, and delivery goals across all manufacturing partners and products. Identify and drive long-term risk mitigation efforts that may impact material delivery.
  • Develop organizational strategy inline with overall material management and manufacturing goals, including driving transformation of goals, processes, and tools to support effective strategic and tactical decision making.
  • Build the regional Materials Management organization to scale in line with overall supply chain manufacturing transformation and future demand requirements.
