Purpose of Job:
To uncover valuable customer insights and translate them into fuel for sustainable profitable growth and set up campaigns in the disciplines of acquisition, loyalty and retention. This is achieved by unlocking customer data from internal and external sources and thoroughly analysing customer needs and behaviour.

Assignment:
• Act as a member of the Marketing Management team and proactively contribute to marketing plan/output to delivery common marketing objectives
• Lead team and agencies in developing customer loyalty strategy, programs and offers to recruit new members, build loyalty, to encourage our customers to shop in our stores and online platforms more frequently, and to stay with us overtime.
• Lead team in developing and executing the communication and activation programs targeted toward FAMILY members and to continue evaluating and optimizing the effectiveness of loyalty program activities.
• Lead team and agencies to develop customer database and tools which enable finding customer insights to develop relevant, engaging and more personalized contents and offers for customers and members.
• Lead analytical projects related to customer segmentation, customer purchase behaviors, customer receptivity of different contents and offers for other business stakeholders to apply insights into their daily works.
• Work closely with stores, Customer Relations departments, Sales and IKEA Food to ensure execution excellence of IKEA Family and other loyalty programs in all customer touch points to optimize loyalty activation program impacts to build customer engagement and drive visitation and sales.
• Coach and lead team members to collaborate and work as a team to deliver strong results, coach and develop team members to build expertise and advance their capabilities to grow.

Requirement:
-Strong track record of driving good result by leveraging insights, marketing activities,
-Experienced in customer loyalty program management
-Experienced in creating and implementing long-term communication strategic plans, setting KPI/budgets, following up goals and evaluation.
-Proven ability to lead team members and agencies in developing strategy, plans and secure KPI delivery.
-Experience of effective and efficient use of budget and to optimize ROI.
-Ability to communicate fluently, confidently and clearly in English.
-Proactive, motivated, and with strong ownership to delivery results, and work as part of a team as well as independently.
