Job Description

1. Identify key traffic/conversion rate drivers and suggest possible content/functionality enhancement to stakeholders and follow through for implementation on all digital touch-points.
2. Work with Data and Content Manager and other stakeholder to review customer purchase journey and make the buying process easier, more intuitive and more relevant for each interaction.
3. Define SOPs and elaborate guidelines for content development on digital touch-points that can lift up conversion rate and leading optimization projects by working with analytics team, content team, Sales, Marketing, CC&I and external vendors.
4. Identify, evaluate and select Optimization vendors/tools when necessary, liaise and collaborate with vendors on a regular basis.
5. Analyze, develop and implement SEO strategies and tactics to the owned digital channels, to increase the visibility on all major organic search players (Google, Yahoo, Bing etc.) and grow organic traffics in TW and HK market
6. Continuously evaluate opportunities to increase IKEA visibility online by monitoring latest search engine regulations/algorithm, developing timely optimization actions/content, and involving the relevant functions in.
7. Collaborate with Marketing department on SEM to set measurable goals and find the best balance between organic and paid search, pro-actively provide feedback and monitor the effect between SEM and SEO to achieve synergy.
8. Define key issues and propose SEO-friendly enhancement and work with Regional Business Analyst and IT to make technical recommendations to developers
9. Provide deep or broad subject matter expertise and consultancy on optimization including education for key stakeholders

Requirements


1. Min 3 years’ experience in Search Engine Optimization or webmaster .
2. Proven experience of working in media buying agency and focused on SEM or Large online, E-Commerce, Digital Platform corporations
3. Strong and effective communicator, a reliable team player.
4. Organized, self-motivated, good time management skills.

***Experience in briefing, working with and evaluating external agencies.

-Technical SEO: site structure optimization (site speed, code-to-text ratio, alt text etc.).
-Onsite SEO: Site content, keyword research and keyword mapping.
-Link SEO: robots.txt, backlinks, link profile optimization Ability to read, write and communicate in English and Chinese.
