The Senior Product Planning Manager will become a key contributor to KaiOS cross-functional development team for current and future pipeline initiatives.

This role has the opportunity to significantly impact the long-term planning and commercial strategy of KaiOS growing pipeline. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of successfully collaborating and influencing in a cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product development and strategy for select new product candidates in pipeline
• Consider enhancements to the core platform infrastructure.
• Identify dependencies between products.
• Collaborate with market research team and analytics stakeholders to inform product selection and development plans. To maintain and increase the growth rate/sales revenue of the firm;
• Generate and maintain product-level global forecasts for strategic and financial planning, in collaboration with relevant cross-functional stakeholders
• Act as commercial “voice” on teams to ensure that commercial considerations are incorporated into early product development and planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent. Experiences in a mobile field is a plus
• Ability to quickly become the internal expert in multiple areas, covering all aspects of product development, including mobile, IOT, apps, commercial, regulatory
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across the new product lifecycle, including R&D, Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access and gain consensus across diverse perspectives
• Previous experience working in a mobile company or strategy consulting providing service to the mobile industry is a plus
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
• Business acumen and understanding of the mobile development process and roles of key stakeholders
• Strong organization and project management skills, ability to multi-task across various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Demonstrated ability to persuasively and concisely communicate (written, oral, presentation) to a variety of audiences
