WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You’ll work in Taipei office in Greater China as part of McKinsey Digital. This group brings together the best of McKinsey’s digital capabilities to help our clients use digital technology to transform their businesses. As part of this group, you’ll join a global team working on everything from IT modernization and strategy to agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. You’ll typically work on projects across all industries and functions and will be fully integrated with the rest of our global firm. You’ll also work with colleagues from across McKinsey & Company to help our clients deliver breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses, both on technology and non-technology topics.Our office culture is casual and social, with an emphasis on education and innovation. WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will lead and produce recommendations for technology, writing systems requirements at leading clients globally.In this role, you will be involved in understanding client needs, advising and building technical architecture solutions including integrations across various environments and client technical platforms. You will have the ability to leverage other areas of McKinsey Digital including the agile prototyping and transformation experts and digital design specialists to provide a differentiating and distinctive service.You will be a core member of the McKinsey consulting team with responsibilities that range from shaping and implementing strategic technology products to ensuring that McKinsey’s craft stays on the leading edge of technology.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science with mathematics and statistics or equivalent subject; master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience of designing and implementing Solution Architecture in various industry verticals
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman framework, etc.
• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing solution architect role in IT services or IT consultancy organization
• Working knowledge of the agile methodology and how solution architecture aligns within it
• Experience of working in one or more industry verticals such as Public Sector, Banking, Energy, etc.
• Knowledge of enterprise and open source products such as ERP, CRM, and experience in implementing concepts such as SOA, Micro-services, n-tier architecture, ESB, single sign-on for enterprise customers
• Willingness to travel
