At PicCollage we help people all over the world create and celebrate by making it fun and easy to share their messages and memories. Our native mobile application PicCollage is one of the most loved photo editors in world, with over 200 million downloads. We are looking for Frontend Engineers to help bring the same magical creation and editing experience to desktop and web.

As a Frontend Engineer - Editing, you will build the core editing experience and new features for PicCollage’s web based editors. You will solve technical challenges in compatibility, optimization, and performance. You will have a large impact on a new class of editing products, all as part of a world class team of designers, engineers, and product managers.

• Knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies (HTML/CSS).
• Experience with React.
• Experience building interactive applications with HTML/CSS/JS.
• Understanding of web browser, including browser APIs and the event model.
• Ability to write performant, maintainable code for UI components.
• You have 3+ years of experience with a BS EE or CS degree, or equivalent training or work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work with designers and product managers to build PicCollage’s web editor
• Write performant and maintainable code.
• Participate in code review.
• Introduce new practices and technology.

Plus:

• Experience with Canvas.
• Experience with SVGs.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• An interest in editing tools and their design.
