At Rakuten Taiwan Ecosystem Department, we’re looking for a Rakuten Ecosystem partnership assistant manager to join our team to expand Ecosystem through untapped business opportunities and relationships. The ideal candidate has deep experience with the entire business development to create partnership process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiation skills.

【Objectives of this role】
•Represent Rakuten Taiwan Ecosystem effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our services
•Generate leads, and the development of new business opportunities
•Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
•Drive the service- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teams
•Work with other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met


【Responsibilities】
•Create and execute a strategic business development plan that expands our partner and expands Rakuten Ecosystem in Taiwan
• Generate progress reports for partner and manager within the organization
•Develop and implement business development strategy, partnership processes, structure, and best practices across Taiwan Ecosystem

【Required skills and qualifications】
•Excellent verbal and written communication both English and Chinese
•Interpersonal, and organizational skills
•Experience in developing business strategy
•Proven ability to plan and manage resources and time


【Preferred skills and qualifications】
•Motivational speaking experience
•Flexibility to travel both domestic and internationally, as needed
