- Take ownership of analytical projects end-to-end from extracting & exploring data, generating a hypothesis, building a structured analysis, and rigorously evaluating methods and results
- Draw insights from data sets and apply data-driven methods to solve return & refund operational challenges
- Collaborate with relevant teams and colleagues to refine process and introduce initiatives to improve the return & refund experience
- Communicate ideas and findings in a logical and structured manner to management

- +2 years’ experience of data analysis
- Problem-solving and root cause identification skill
- Experience/proficiency in Excel functions/ SQL
- Strong attention to detail and numbers
- Passionate about identifying user pain points, process bottlenecks, or inefficiencies and designing solutions to resolve them
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and under pressure
