【Requirements】
- 3-5 years PM or Growth experience with consumer mobile apps in the following industries -- Internet, FinTech, Gaming, Blockchain.
- 2 years experience in product-led growth
-Very good with numeric methods and statistics
-Strong problem solving & conflict resolution skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
-Intermediate English skills

Requisitos
【Responsibilities】
-Work with PM, UIUX, and growth teams to design and drive product-led growth strategies that can foster organic, viral growth
-Design goals and metrics for all aspects of a user journey, covering the entire funnel -- acquisition, engagement, retention
-Conduct weekly meetings to review user behavior, measure results, and identify the highest impact product-led growth initiatives
-Quickly translate features into clear and detailed specs in the form of flow charts (FlowMapp) and Jira descriptions
-Create and neatly maintain Jira tickets
-Track progress, coordinate and write progress reports (daily and weekly)
-Work closely with UX team members to build product-led growth features
-Drive product launches and growth by working closely with the marketing & growth teams

-Having worked for startups or having gone through zero-to-one and pivot processes
-Experiences with lean methodologies
