This role will provide full project and administrative support, and assist Senior Management on special assignment and daily operation. The career path of this position will be further assigned or developed toward BU operation manager or business development role after 1 year, and will be promoted as high-level people manager within 5 years according to the performance degree.

Main Duty and Responsibilities:

- To assist and responsible for general assignments and projects from the Senior Management.

- To take down and follow up meeting minutes such as Monthly business meeting, BU updates, Executive Committee meeting and group overseas meetings etc.

- To consolidate and prepare presentations and translations for domestic and overseas meeting.

- Special assignments or projects from Senior Executive (if any).

- To prepare for future role of BU operation manager or business development.

Qualifications:

- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner.

- Excellent communication skills in English (or Japanese) and Mandarin (both verbal and written).

- Advanced in Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook.

- Detail-oriented and have the ability to work effectively under pressure.

- Strong ambition to be high-level operation manager through fast tracking on self-career development.

- High passion for automobile industry or retail operation

Education:

- University degree, degree in Foreign Languages or Business Planning & Admin.

Experience:

- Working experience is not must requirement.

- Nice to have experienced in business development or special assistant role for senior management is preferred.
