Cybersecurity Assistant Manager

Job Description
- Work closely with the Group Cybersecurity Team in Asia Pacific and manage the implementation of cybersecurity projects such as NIST CSF, SOC, VA & PT, EDR, WAF, etc.;
- Work directly with the business units to facilitate cybersecurity risk assessment and risk management processes;
- Develop and direct implementation of security standards, policies, procedures, and guidelines;
- Monitor, manage and report cybersecurity events;
- Research the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies;
- Create and manage cybersecurity awareness training programs for all employees;
- Assist with other tasks commensurate for the post as requested by the IT Manager;
- Lead the Digital Transformation Committee and report to IT Manager;
- Learn and prepare for self to develop into a management role in the future.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Cybersecurity management;
- 3+ years in IT Infrastructure management;
- Previous experience on technology implementation projects or leading digital transformation teams is preferred;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people;
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems, database and system administration;
- Advanced understanding of networking principles, protocols, practice and common security events;
- Experience of overseeing 3rd party contractors providing cybersecurity managed services.
