• Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs
• Negotiate with prospects and communicate terms to stakeholders
• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources
• Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
• Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

Responsibilities will include but not limited to above.

以下是合夥人申請資格：

- Experience of 3+ years of business development

- Strong entrepreneur drive and problem solving track record

- Fluent in Mandarin and comfortable with English

- Willing to learn new industry knowledge

- Value integrity and practiced high ethical standard with strong EQ

It will be great if you also have below

- Work experience at startups

- CSR role experience

- IT related project experience

- Management or leadership experience of a team

- Comfortable to present to large audience

- Experience of working with university labs
