- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news

- Lead to achieve product market fit

- Negotiate with investors, lawyers, media, and communicate terms to stakeholders

- Talk to customers and listen to their problems

- Rapid prototyping & user testing

- Run trials and MVPs, develop and deliver go to market launch plans

- Manage all aspects of products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues

- Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

- Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals

- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

- Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

Responsibilities will include but not limited to above.

- Experience of 3+ years of product manager role

- Strong entrepreneur drive and problem solving track record

- Fluent in Mandarin and comfortable with English

- Willing to learn new industry knowledge

- Value integrity and practiced high ethical standard with strong EQ

It will be great if you also have below

- Work experience at startups

- Legal background or online media experience

- IT related project experience

- Management or leadership experience of a team

- Comfortable to present to large audience
