We are looking for an Analytics Manager to lead our global website analytics function. You will implement tools and strategies to transform data analysis and reporting into actionable business insights.

In this role, we expect you to have strong logical reasoning skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Your goal will be to help our business use data to drive high performance and quality.

Responsibilities：

- Understand business needs and objectives to develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.

- Define global website metrics KPIs and relevant data sources.

- Select, configure and implement analytics solutions.

- Oversee all web analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality and alignment.

- Extract reports and analyses from multiple sources (e.g. operations, IT, service, and applications).

- Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights.

- Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance.

- Keep up-to-date of industry news and trends.

- Managing agency of record as an extension to support the above activities.

- 5+ years experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus.

- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or a related field.

- Background in market research and project management.

- Knowledge of JavaScript, Python (Pandas) and SQL; proficient with data visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Google Datastudio, MS Power BI);

- Competent with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Datastudio, Big Query.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.

- Superb communication skills.
