• Execute in-depth research about customer applications and provide feedback to engineering teams on how to optimize products 　 　
• Manage products through their entire lifecycle until product EOL 　 　
• Create product strategies for successful product deployments based on deep understanding of customer requirements 　 　
• Create positioning statements, marketing and sales training materials, product specifications 　 　
• Present training materials to internal sales force as well as externally 　 　
• Travel periodically to visit customers and attend trade shows
